Fauser Consulting is hosting a “Train the Trainer” three-day workshop in January 2020, likely Ann Arbor. It’s designed to elevate stand-up training skills. We’ll give trainers tools and techniques to better transfer skills and knowledge to their participants.
Dates are January 13,14 and 15th. This would be a great workshop for anyone that teaches; Trainers, Supervisors or GMs with future growth potential.

Class will be limited to 16 participants as there will be a lot of 1-on-1 coaching. Participants will have the opportunity to present at least three times and receive feedback after each time.
This workshop was created when Sam was with the brand and rolling out Training Co-Ops across the country. We saw incredible jumps in not only stage presence, but also confidence and an understanding of the trainer’s goal: To Transfer Skills and Knowledge.
