Sam Fauser started his Domino’s Pizza journey as a delivery driver in 1984 and has held every imaginable operations position in the years since.

His career with DPZ included a six-year stint as an Operations Evaluator and time spent traveling the country facilitating marketplace training classes as part of the National Training Department.

Sam also spent time as a coach for the award-winning Pizza Prep School Program and led the program for three years.

Fauser Consulting, Inc. launched in 2016 and has worked with many franchisees around the country, specializing in classroom-based workshops for all levels of team members. We also perform store observation visits to help operators gain efficiencies.
